We are currently seeking an IT Technical Analyst – Lead within our Digital Collaboration team who will have direct responsibility administering and supporting Parker’s global communication and collaboration technologies. This technical analyst lead will be part of a team of four, reporting directly to the IT Technical Team Manager and will be responsible for administering and supporting our global communication and collaboration technologies. This candidate will help drive project results while collaborating with team members to gather business requirements, and provide technical and business information based on the suggested technology. The ideal candidate for Parker Hannifin is a hands-on technical team member that is responsible for the implementation and support of Digital Collaboration solutions. The team member will be expected to work both independently and as a part of a team to achieve the highest levels of customer experience and satisfaction.

Your role:
  • Ensure the availability and stability of all Collaboration and Virtual Meeting technologies such as Microsoft Teams & Zoom.
  • Provide support and administration of Microsoft 365 platform and other related applications such as SharePoint.
  • Refine and execute full life-cycle of architecture, design, training, and deployment of digital collaboration technologies.
  • Manage vendor relationships at global level leveraging economies of scale, process refinement, and partnership through execution of projects.
  • Actively participate continuous improvement working sessions to develop strategies, roadmaps, new processes, or procedures.
  • Automate repetitive tasks to reduce request turnaround times and increase employee satisfaction.
  • Manage project tasks and deliverables to complete projects on time and budget.

    Your profile:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant discipline combined with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role acquired in a large multinational organization.
  • Excellent knowledge and practical experience in administering Microsoft SharePoint and Office 365 as well as in migration projects.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Highly collaborative with the ability to influence others.
  • Customer service focus.
