Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years experience in Manufacturing/ Leadership
- 5+ years Problem Solving Techniques
- Quality System Management with ISO experience, automotive and medical device system management preferred
- Lean Six Sigma Continuous Improvement experience preferred
Additional Qualifications
- Software skills; Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, SAP, EtQ, ADP Etime, Ariba and Concur
- Demonstrated success with critical communications – internal and external customers to gain alignment and progress toward goal.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate across functions to resolve critical issues Collaborates with Customer Service Representatives, Commercial (Sales),Technical (R&D), Plant Production, Shipping and Maintenance.
