Channel Strategy & Programs Team - Americas Channel Program Manager (Remote)
Required Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years’ experience including channel program management, channel sales, business operations, product or project management.
- Hands-on person, team player, ability to lead and influence others, win-win approach with team members and management with the ability to generate trust and build internal cross-functional teams.
- Organized, process-driven mentality
- Ability to hold others’ accountable for their commitments to a deliverable
- High level of responsibility, integrity and transparency. Conduct with a sense of urgency for action.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to proactively identify roadblocks and develop plans to succeed.
- Strong business acumen and some financial acumen.
- Ability to avoid / mitigate challenges across the organization for predictable results.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Travel: 10-20%

The successful candidate's starting salary will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills and experience. Liberty Lake, WA: The base salary for this position is $96,000 - $184,000. This position also includes a competitive benefit package including; financial, social, health and wellbeing programs, paid vacation, 401k matching, employee stock purchase program, hybrid work schedule, and more! This position is eligible for our annual bonus program.
