Sr Product Marketing Manager (DEM)
Education: Bachelor's degree from Accredited University in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or Finance.
Experience: 10 years of experience in consumer and SMB marketing in the Utility and or Energy Industry. This position requires extensive prior experience working with utilities in demand response, energy efficiency, and behavioral program development and deployment. Candidates should have a proven track record of delivering tangible results in the execution of utility demand response programs targeted at consumers.
Other Knowledge, Skills and Capabilities:
- Knowledge of utility industry practices and market trends is critical
- Strong listening, writing verbal communication and analytical skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively – Comfortable Leading Presentations
- Ability to deliver new revenue in new markets is critical – this is a strategic sales leadership position
- Ability to manage internal resources to meet demanding timelines
- Ability to develop new accounts / customers.
