Supports the development and management of Information Technology systems or services. Assists the Division in the management of all business systems and implementation of such systems and services. Scope/Supervision and Interaction: _X_ Has Direct Reports __ Does Not Have Direct Reports Works with Division staff and other Corporate I/T staff under the direction and guidance of Enterprise management. Supervises project leaders, and technical analysts. Maintains operational relationships with vendors and Parker locations.

This position has responsibility for supporting all the Divisions’ Business Systems, both mainframe and server side. Responsibilities include daily ongoing support as well implementing systems to comply with the Corporate IT Systems Architecture along with the following: - Implements and maintains I/T systems and services. - Maintains these systems and services to be efficient and effective. - Creates standards for I/T systems and services to provide flexibility and maintainability. - Provides training materials and education to users of these systems. - Provides information to be used to promote the understanding and benefit of technology systems. - Directs the planning and scheduling of development and implementation of I/T capabilities. - Identifies deficiencies in I/T systems and recommends solutions/improvements. - Train, and develop staff to support I/T systems. - Provide guidance to employees on personal development needs and opportunities. - Provides information to management identifying personnel, hardware and software needs to provide appropriate levels of systems and services within the corporation - Identifies organizational issues and recommends modifications/improvements.

- 4 year University College Degree. - Managerial experience and significant Project Management Leadership experience. - Eight or more years experience in Information Technology. - Four or more years experience in Programming - ERP experience - Experience with ERP implementation and integration is preferred. - Professionalism : Excellence, timeliness and completeness of work, responsible; team attitude, quality of presentation. - Managerial skills : Supervision and coaching, customer service, planning, organization, oral /written communication.
